You agree that tangling may happen . Wigs last up to a year with proper care , *Disclaimer * These are synthetic wigs . They will eventually tangle . You may get one wear out of your wig depending on how you care for it . You may get many wears . We provide you with a wig bag and a hanger to store your wig properly . Balling your wig up and throwing it around can damage your wig . Using small combs can damage your wigs . Using a flat iron/ curling iron on high heat can damage your wig . When you receive your wig you don’t need to add any products or style your wig at all . Adding heat to your wig will ruin the curl that the wig originally came in . This is not a human hair wig you do not need to add mouse and oil to your wig. Do not add any human hair products to your wig . We are still researching products and “How to “as we are new to selling fiber wigs . Use synthetic products on your synthetic wig .

Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all of our wigs are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases.Also,our items are all custom made .If you feel like there is an issue with your item we will do everything in our power to fix the issue and make you happy ! Once you receive your wig please make sure everything is exactly what you expected ,once you wear the wig and report a problem afterwards once again we will try our best to fix the issue but after it is worn there is no guarantee.
